General admission to the School is Free
Visitors are welcome Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm 1st April to
1st December
11am to 3pm during the winter months.
We are also open on most Bank Holidays.
An average visit takes at least 1 hour so please leave yourself plenty of time to look around

From South: A15 (Lincoln)/M180 (from
Doncaster/Scunthorpe): A15 signposted Humber Bridge; turn right at
roundabout on slip road onto A1077 signposted Barton; straight ahead at
first and second mini roundabout; turn left in about ¼ mile into Queen
Street (opposite Tastee Foods butcher).
From north: M62/A63 from Leeds/Hull over Humber Bridge
(toll); first exit signposted Barton; turn left at slip road roundabout;
ahead at first and second mini roundabout; ; turn left in about ¼ mile into
Queen Street (opposite Tastee Foods butcher).
From west: A1077 (Scunthorpe): straight across roundabout
at A12077/A15 (Humber Bridge) junction; ahead at next two mini roundabouts;
turn left in about ¼ mile into Queen Street (opposite Tastee Foods butcher).
From east: A1077 (Barrow/Grimsby/Immingham): A1077 towards
Barton town centre; shortly after Baysgarth School (left) and immediately
after pedestrian crossing traffic lights, turn right at cross roads (Blue
Bell Inn on right) into Whitecross Street; at mini-roundabout turn left (Burgate);
100 yards after Post Office (right) turn right into Queen Street (opposite
Tastee Foods butcher).
